I put the new(used) A/C unit on. it was quite heavy so I got creative as to how to get the new one up an the old one down.\nThat A/C filter was NOS from my dad's shop 20 yrs ago. he was a Doutherm and Coleman authorized repair center. If you still have your original manuals and look in the Coleman Book for authorized repair centers he is listed in Hicksville NY.

Then the pic from the Drivers side rear brakes. The brake light is finally out but the pedal is still spongy. Needs more bleeding this weekend. I had to make new brakelines. That Double flaring kit has paid for itself 10x over. Someone hacked up the axle nuts with a chisel. I hate that...Just buy the dang socket.\nAlso one of the nuts got stuck on the stud. Luckily I have the wrench to remove it as I am a former Heavy Truck mechanic.

So I got the wallboards done. I bought 1/8 luan plywood bu in hindsight I should have went with 3/16 like the original. The 1/8 is what they use now but the older stuff was beefier. I treated both sides of the wood with an epoxy primer to hopefully prevent future water damage if any leaks. I then used a sizing primer and glued Vinyl wallpaper to the board. That is how the original board was made. My only issue was the glue they sold me sucked. It still ha not dried even after 4 days. it's not peeling off but it's not dry either . Honesty it would have been easier to just use that Bathroom white wallboard. Anyway it's done. I had my 7 yr old son helping. If possible save your old boards to trace out. It makes life alot easier. I used a 5 1/2 inch 18v circular saw with a paneling blade and my air mini sawzall for corners etc.

BTW The plastimend seems to have finally dried and the holding tank so far is good to go. It seems to have adhered well to the tank and no leaks. This tank was badly damaged. Also the wallpaper finally dried. I was told by a few people that vinyl Wallpaper takes forever to dry.\nOn a down note I found water damage on the floor all the way in the back where the wood meets the back outer wall of the camper by the gas filler neck. it's completely disintegrated . I'm not gonna worry about it now. After the summer I will pull the rear bedroom and water tank and replaced the floor.

Your son seems like he's helped you a lot on the Travco. You and he definitely deserve a celebratory dinner in the 270. :)
