you might consider going to a "reputable" rv dealer near you to have all things on your travco sorted out and repaired. another option would be a good local shop that is more than just a "part swap" repair place. I would suggest you also make sure your travco is safe for the road as it sounds like it has been neglected just a bit.

There were a couple different awning manufacturers. You would need to know what awning you have to get any parts.
