Feels like Im spamming you guys, but I can't find good answers anywhere else so here it goes.\n\nWhat kind of fluid goes in the blue tank with black cap? See picture.\n\n

That is the power steering reservoir. The old dodges used dextron transmission fluid as power steering fluid.
