I have seen pictures of a few with the four red across the back. This place on ebay has been selling the fixtures. The reds have to be changed to dual filament wiring but that is not difficult.\nhttp://www.ebay.com/itm/Yankee-Lighting-Vintag ... xykmZTPGSx

Re: NOS tail lights and back up lights installed
PO installed all 4 red across the back. All 4 are 1157 (high/low) but the inside lights are just wired to running lights. \n\nI *think* I solved my strange turn signal/brake light issues by ordering a new turn signal assembly. \n\nI will replace all the rears with new LED roundies and probably wire them all up as the same per side. Both rights will be brake/turn/running.\n\nSince someone butchered the wiring and deleted the reverse lights, I will probably add a relay setup and some nice bright LEDS under the rear bumper or wherever so I can actually SEE when I am backing up. I found the 75 wiring schematic and can find the reverse signal wire off the NSS. Will go from there.
