I’ve got a turbo 440!

Had this sitting in a field for two years until I finished working on another camper. Decided to look it over today and boom there was a turbo. Anyone heard of these, or where I can learn more?

I have heard of it being done and there being draw through kits for the 440 to help at higher altitudes. Not sure if that is what you have but a little boost shouldn't hurt a 440.
