Motor mounts for 1967 270, 318

Unread post by NobleTruths » Fri Oct 02, 2015 3:44 pm

I need to replace the motor and transmission mounts on my 1967 with the 318 engine. I have been unable to local these mounts at NAPA. other stores, or any online site. All they show are significantly smaller mounts for the P/D/M300-400's. There is a number on the mount: 2231785. When I googled that number, I found only one site with the correct image of my mount.\nImage\nThe site is http://then-now-auto.com\n\nI called, and they will clean, bead-blast, remove the other rubber, and re-vulcanize new rubber to the metal mount at a cost of $145. Not a bad price, I figure. Does anyone have a better suggestion, or know of a site with this part?

Have you tried just looking at pictures on NAPA's site ? It's tricky because you may have to try different years and different models. M300s are under car/truck but all the others are under med duty Dodge truck

\nYes. I searched multiple years and models. Only a thinner rubber mount that is not sandwiched between metal is listed. However, I could find no 500-800 series models; though I am not sure if that matters.
