Sway Bars

Unread post by rcb » Mon Mar 25, 2013 12:33 pm

I know, I know... too many questions. \n\nSo, are there any vintage kits for Travco sway bars or has anyone adapted other swaybars to fit the bill?\n\nIF we end up with one, I don't want to be listing back and forth. :)

There are two Dodge M500 chassis sway bar kits on ebay right now... lol.\nOne is around $300 and the other is over $900... ouch!\nI am sure they could be adapted to fit just about anything but I would just hit a truck salvage yard for a sway bar set-up.

My 74 270 has sway bars front and rear. They look to be original.

My 75 320 also has what appears to be original front and rear bars.

Cool. I've seen some online that didn't have them. The one I looked at didn't seem to have them either. But I wouldn't be surrlprised if it was missing them

I know it's an old thread, but Addco does make the bars still for the Dodge "M" chassis
