floor soft spots
Got a few small (1/2 sq foot) soft spots in the front corners where i guess the front wheels threw water onto the plywood. I am not going to rip it all out, too muvh work. Has anyone here done the trick where you drill out hole in the plywood half way through and then injected epoxy? Probably going to go this route for a quick fix. Anyone done this?

Re: floor soft spots
There are good, albeit expensive, epoxy kits that soak into the (dry) wood and repair wet or dry rot. We used them in showers in homes to avoid big tearouts.

Maybe attach (sandwich style) a new support piece either from the bottom or top?
