Interior updating.. Paint not not?
Been thinking of updating the interior of the old 270.. Previous owner refinished the original wood and it's almost too dark. Would like something brighter. But, I hate to paint over the original mahogany woodwork...

I used 3 coats of KILZ and painted my interior white from the kitchen forward. My wife said it was just too dark and cave like inside.

I had the gelcoat color matched at HD in semigloss enamel, then patched and painted the panels and ceiling.
