It is a 73 with 72 m400 chassis- drum brakes and split ring wheels unfortunately.
Is there any way to swap to disks without having to acquire specific Travco parts or swapping the entire axle?
Maybe swapping with another motorhome that used the Dodge chassis? I don't mind going to another lug patten as long as I can swap parts on my Dana 70HD to the same lug pattern.
Just bought a 270 Travco

Re: Just bought a 270 Travco
Welcome to the forum.
Easiest way appears to do a disk swap seems to be the front axle swap but that would be Dodge chassis parts not Travco specific.
Dodge supplied a lot of companies with the chassis and a 270 would be the RM400 which later became the M500 chassis. The late 73 or 74 travcos with the low headlights seem to be the change over to disks so that would make it the 73 or 74 RM400 chassis. Winnebago, Starcraft and a bunch of others used the chassis on their longer models
