Wanting to buy A 270.

I am very handy with interior, metal fab, and all phases of mechanics so a fixer is what I am looking for. My main requirements are hoping for all the glass to be there, the fiberglass to be in good shape. If there are functioning parts like an engine, fridge, heater, ac, stove well that would be a bonus.
