Guidelines for Emergency Posts

Since most of us have internet access on the go, I created this in case someone breaks down and needs advice or a member nearby can help. I realize the forum is in it's infancy right now but I hope that it will be another useful tool. Please, Only Posts if you are on the road and need immediate help.
