M500 Rotor:\nKIC 666-13380: http://www.finditparts.com/products/383 ... -666-13380\nM400 and M500 do use different rotors. You will most likely have to take your old hub/rotor assembly to a shop with heavy duty air tools to remove the hub to rotor bolts.\n\nM400 and M500 both used the same caliper so use the caliper info on this page: http://dave78chieftain.com/M400_76.html\nI just redid that page for my M400 chassis so it is current. Have to do some brake work on my Chieftain.\n\nPer the Dodge parts book, brake pads are also the same for M400 and M500.\n\nMore info here: http://dave78chieftain.com/ Make sure you select the correct M500 chassis configuration. Early used a Hydro-Vac boosters on the frame rail. Late used a Hydroboost unit mounted to the MC powered by the power steering pump.\n\nDave

You can purchase just the springs (NAPA 82490; Raybestos H510) or a complete complete hardware kit (NAPA 2320; Raybestos 9223) http://www.napaonline.com/Catalog/Catal ... 0380048803\nImage\n\nI chose to list the complete Hardware kit on the update to my site I just did.\nhttp://dave78chieftain.com/M500_73-75-RM400.html\nhttp://dave78chieftain.com/M500_76.html\n\nParking brake cable - transmission mounted parking brake or rear wheel parking brake? I do not see a parking brake actuator in the Bendix Twinplex brake style so I think all Bendix Twinplex brake styles used transmission mounted parking brake.\n\nThe adjuster screw - Is that one used on both sides or is one side left hand thread and the other side right hand thread? I do not have a M500 chassis so I have no clue.\n\nDave

When I did mine, the adjuster screw was the same on both sides but one was flipped around.\n\nEDIT - Scratch that... I went back and looked at my "Rear brake work" thread and I was thinking about something else.

Replacing the FRONT softlines on my 1975 270 2+2 Mahal 440. Here is what I ordered and will fit..\n\nHowever... I would suggest going to the next longest length on Daves page of brake parts. http://dave78chieftain.com/M500_73-75-RM400.html There was an 18 inch option and a 21 inch option. It looks like my original lines are the 21 inch ones. The 15s will work, but I would be more comfortable with 21s on my rig.\n\n\nDorman H26913 Flex line 15 inches long. Ordered on eBay. Shipped from California.\n\nImage\n\nLength overall. They were cold from being in the mailbox all day. But, they are a true 15 inches from the female surface to the male caliper fitting.\n\nImage
