Installed new propane water heater

Unread post by 77Travco » Wed Jun 01, 2016 2:02 pm

My water heater has never worked in the over 3 years that I have owned my Travco. I finally decided to do something about that and ordered a new Suburban water heater on the internet for about $250 and free shipping. I went with a propane unit that requires me to manually light the pilot light. I wanted to keep it as simple as possible. The water heater is a Suburban model SW6P (6 gallon). Now I need to paint the cover to match my Travco.\nHere's a few pics...

I painted the cover today. Thanks to our own TravcoForum member BBB for sending me the roller to make that happen!\nThanks Billy!... I literally painted the cover 30 minutes after the rollers showed up! :D

Looks awesome. I got something in the mail from Billy yesterday also. Now I need some rustoleum.
