Looks like a very common set up. Definitely Duo servo. Almost looks like a GM set up. I worked on many a car that used that set up in the rear.

\n\nhttp://dave78chieftain.com/M375Late.html\n\nDave's site shows part # UP 2243 or H7199 which is incorrect. (See image) Its completely different hardware.

That set in the picture from Daves page looks like the rear springs for the ford 14X3 shoe set up.

The kit part number H7139 that Dave lists on his site for the M-300 1969-71 (Front 12.12" x 2"; Rear 13" x 2.5") looks like the right kit compared to your photo. The kit services both front wheels I believe... so the springs shown and hold down hardware match. On my 1972 Travco the chassis was actually a 1971 and my front wheel looked identical to your photo.\n\nMight be worth a deeper look at that part number.

I have the same setup, and started the complete brake rebuild this summer.\nI got mine from Geoffrey at Alretta Truck Parts. He knows these old Dodge truck chassis brakes very well. As I recall, the front hardware set was not too pricey, but other parts can be. See contact info below.\n\nAlretta Truck Parts\nGeoffrey Rosenberg\nbrakeparts@mac.com\n(508) 788-9409 main

I am fairly sure that is the early Chrysler model 12.12"x2" brake system. The Bendix H7139 kit should work.\nImage\n\nThe H7199 Kit is for the later Bendix model 14.5"x 2.5" drum.\nImage\n\nDave
