45" Dipstick Replacement Part?
Anyone know where I can get a replacement dipstick that's 45" long for my 220 (RM350)?

Thanks. I'm also considering using a shorter dipstick. There is a break in the line that is connected with a rubber hose and could shorten the run.

I also have a rubber hose in the dipstick tube. I wonder if Travco had to make them longer.

I had my "broken" dipstick repaired as the end of the dipstick kept missing the other end \non the engine due to separation...and a new rubber piece of connective hose installed.fixed the problem\nThe reason for the connective hose in the middle of the dipstick tube?\nBecause it is solidly mounted at the very top end near the radiator.. and on the oil pan. \nThe rubber tube allows for engine movement and if the tube was one piece the whole length, \nit would break with the first engine torking taking off from a dead stop!\nJMO\nFWIW\nHTH\nBBB

A dodge Cummins dipstick is 44.5" long if that helps.
